Early next month It ships

Your first pack leaves the warehouse about 7 business days into next month. Allow up to 10 business days for continental US delivery after shipment.

About a month in Payment two

Your subscription renews on the same date you joined. If you sign up before the 14th of the month, that second payment lands before your first pack arrives. Worth knowing so it is not a surprise.

Questions people actually ask

Are the sheets really exclusive?

Yes, and it is the main reason to join. Pipsticks states that the limited edition sheets in each Hello Kitty pack are exclusive to the subscription and will not be sold separately in the online shop. Whole packs do sometimes reappear in the shop later at $34.95, but the club is how you get them first and at $24.95.

When does my first pack actually arrive?

Pipsticks bills the month before a pack ships. Sign up any time in January and you are paying for the February pack, which leaves the warehouse about 7 business days after January ends, plus up to 10 business days for continental US delivery after shipment. So expect a few weeks, not a few days.

Where it ships: because of the licence, the Hello Kitty Club is only available in the United States, including its territories and Puerto Rico, and Canada. Canada allows up to 12 business days for delivery. If you are elsewhere, the Pro Club and Kids Club do ship worldwide.

Can I skip or pause this one?

Not this club, and we would rather be straight with you about it. Because Hello Kitty packs are made in limited quantities under licence, Pipsticks cannot hold a pack for you, so skipping and pausing are not available on this subscription. You can cancel anytime from your account. The Pro, Kids and Stationery clubs can all be skipped.

Is this for kids or for grown-ups?

Both, genuinely. Pipsticks describes it as a dream for collectors, crafters, planners and Hello Kitty fans of all ages. If you are buying specifically for a young child and Hello Kitty is not the draw, the Kids Club is built for ages 3 and up. If you want grown-up designs for a planner, that is the Pro Club.

How does the gift option work?

Pick "As a gift" in the box above and choose 3, 6 or 12 months. You pay once, the packs arrive every month for the term you picked, and then it simply stops. There is no renewal sitting there for anyone to cancel later.

What does it cost after the first month?

$24.95 a month, exactly the same as the first month. There is no introductory rate that jumps later. It renews automatically on the date you joined until you cancel.
